No Cycle.JSON file for mjcq400

I have had this plane for a number of years but have not flown it yet as I cannot get an airac cycle to insert into the plane's files...." An error occurred while trying to create a file in the destination directory"
I went into the nav file and saw no cycle.json file for navigraph. How do I fix this?

    Have you pointed the Navigraph installer to the right folder, which the NAV folder located in the "mjc8q400" root folder?
