Shared Cockpit lagging

Hey everyone, me and my friend were flying the Q400 and we noticed that 1 of us has no leg time and the aircraft performance acts just fine but when we switch controls the other pilot performance is 2 times slower then the 1st. I'm not sure if anyone has had this issue but would like some help!

    It would seem that one of you may be running with the Queue Timer instead of the Mutimeadia Timer which should be configured in the CPAN.
