LNAV Bug with AIRAC cycle 1807

I discouvered a LNAV bug with the latest version of the Dash 8 (P3DV4.3) and Navigraphs 1807 cycle. With 1806 and any older cycle I never experienced this bug. (And yes, I double checked that the correct cycle is actually installed!)
I'm referring to the DESIG1S SID out of EGCC/05L, which I myself have been flying a lot in the sim, and as I already stated, I never experienced an issue with this SID on older NG cycles.
I posted some screenshots below. I assume the problem is caused by the FMS not being able to read a PBD point properly and therefore not intercepting the radial. I would appreciate if one of the devs could have a look into it. The thing is fully reproducible.
