Request : 2D Panel Simicons / Click spots

Hi MJC team members,

With 14 windows to deal with ( 2D Panel ),mainly from window 00 to window 07,

I guess that it will be very wise and highly useful if you implement ( in future update/patch it is your call ) :

  • a raw of simicons ( just like Feelthere with their ERJ's ), or

  • "hidden click spots" ( PMDG with their MD11,B737NG )...

to be able to have quicker access to various 2D panels listed below !

Thank you in advance for considering this VERY USEFUL tool, Indeed !

Sincerely.

  • Hi Boss and Kroswynd !

    Any info about that ??!

  • Hi Boss and Kroswynd !

I am lightly surprised you didn't think about that !

Hope you will come back to us with those icons.

    Thank you for all anyhow.

  • Our original Q300 has this system in place, however, we elected to move away from this method as it takes away from the professional appearance of the flight deck.

While it is a simple solution to having quick access to specific panels, it is an option we chose to eliminate as "most" simmers use the VC as a primary source for accessing most sub-panels.

    Cheers

  • Kroswynd,

Thank you for your reply and explanations regarding your method !
If numbers of simmers prefer to use the VC as primary source,
nevertheless many other simmers elect to use 2D only...!

I guess that "it doesn't hurt" to implement those icons !

  • It does nit hurt.... But it is not an image that we want visible in the VC. It is possible that we could revisit another method for making this more easily accessible time permitting..

We do thank you for your suggestion.

    Chwers
  • Thank you for your effort and your very professional product !
    Keep it strong.
