Shared Cockpit

Hello,

Whenever I try to do shared cockpit with my friend, I press connect in the shared cockpit panel and so does he but all that shows up for quality is a blue bar for me and nothing for him. We have both forwarded the required ports. Any help would be great!

  • Make sure your ports are actually open. Use simple port tester for that.

    Also check your router firewall settings that those are not too restrictive, as well as the actual windows firewall settings (enable the ports there).

  • To add to that we have had some issues where users were unable to utilize SC functionality due to their Internet service provider's routers or firewalls. Unfortunately we MJC do not have a work around for this, although some users have advised that using himachi could be a work around.

    We hope this is not your case. Keep us posted.
