No order found?

I just bought the pro 64bit upgrade (and yes, I own the pro 32bit version, which is also on simmarket) on simmarket.
When I try to install it it just said no order found. I assume the order number is the order number of simmarket, is that correct? I did try both the order number of the 32bit and the 64bit version. No joy.

    We apologize for the inconvenience that this causing. Normally the transition of data after purchasing from most vendors takes a few minutes, there are however some occasions where the data does not sync with our server.

    If you'd be so kind to reach out to Simmarket and advise of the issues if there is no resolve we'll do the research on end to get you up and running.
