area support and its functions

Goodmorning everyone
I have read that any updates to the program can be found in: SUPPORT - USER AREA, and by entering the order number and the e-mail address I can access any program updates, I did, but it only tells me how many downloads of the DASH8 Q400 program I still have available, am I wrong? can you advise me? thank you.

    If you are not seeing the update installer for ver 1.020a in you profile thin kindly write to our Support Department and be sure to include supporting credentials used for the purchase of your original Q400.
    a. Order Number
    b. Vendor
    c. Email address used with purchase
    d. Full name used with purchase
