nach dem CD Key soll ich Customer Name eingeben und dann passiert nichts mehr

Hallo Fred, in diesem Forum wird englisch kommuniziert, wodurch sich die Zahl der helfenden Antworten wesentlich erhöhen könnte. Das Ganze würde dann so aussehen:

Unabhängig davon würde mir jetzt nur einfallen, dass du ggf. mal für den Installationsvorgang den Virenscanner und die Firewall deaktivierst, wie heute oft auch direkt gefordert ist. Bitte das Ganze auch als Admin installieren.
CD Key und Kundenname wirst du ja korrekt eingegeben haben.

Assuming that you just recently purchased the Pilot Edition of the Q400 (not sure from which vendor), you are simply required to enter your:
1. Email address used with the purchase
2. Order Number
3. Last Name
