CTD`s in newest update of the Pro Version in P3D v4.5 HF3

Good Morning.

I saw the post of the temporaly hotfix for the Pilot version. I had some CTD´s with the Pro version. What can i do to stop it, or what is has to do with?

Hi,
For starters we need descriptive information supporting the CTD event.

As now we have P3D v4.5 and the pro edition in use.

Is it while attempting to load to a default airport or complex airport?

At what phase of loading the aircraft does the CTD occur?

Is it an occasional occurrence or is it every time you attempt to load the aircraft?

Hey,

it happened during flight with the latest update. I deparded from EDDV to LOWI. After 40 minutes the CTD occurs.

Same later at a flight from LICR to LGSR. Not at loading, it is only durung flight. I never had that in prior versions. The Q400 was always the most stable Aircraft, with PMDGs.

I tried to reinstall/repair the client, the shaders and the P3D cfg.

I was wondering to go back to older versions. But maybe we will find the point.

Thanks for the info although that crash is one that has plagued the sim community which I can't say it Dash related, but we'll certainly take a look into it.

@Yoda1976 Unfortunately the crashes with Prepar3D V4.x became more common, we think it has to do either with updates of the sim, or updates of Windows

1. Do you possibly have The Win10 2004 update installed ?
2. Could you check if setting
   Win7CompatibilityMode = 1
   in the mjc84.ini file might fix the problem ?

Second long flight was ok too. Now i am on the next. What i have done aditionally i set the refresh rate in settings menu to default "slow"

Interesting, i din't had yet a ctd fortunately. And i was yesterday flying 2 flights after another.

This is my Control Panel System settings. Flight controls are assigned in fsuipc and not in the ini of the dash. Maybe i just was lucky

My Win10 version is 1909.

I do get CTDs quite frequently. The trigger is the sim losing focus (e.g switching to another application).
The ctd doesn't happen every time, but when it does its always after switching the active task from the sim to something else.
The win compatibility flag makes no difference for me.
win 10, 2004 update here, on p3d 4.5 HF3.

The majority of the CTD issues upon launch of the new installer for v5 were being experienced by Pilot edition users primarily.

There are a few random CTD issues that 4.5 users are having which we have been working with on a one by one basis.
