Alt mismatch

Hi All,

I have the pro version q400 with the latest b patch and p3dv4.5. I keep getting alt mismatch. Checked ini file and pfd sync is already set to 1. Any help please.

    You mean here what you've already checked !? Do both sides show the same height, the same QNH value?

    Both altitudes read different. I uninstalled and reinstalled the aircraft. Have done one more flight and seems to be ok for now.

    Hi all,
    been getting this error lately on P3Dv4.5 HF3.
    I checked the ini File and have both altimeters set up to sync. I also have the latest Q400 Patch installed.

    Are you setting the standby altimeter as well?

    Yes. All 3 altimeters were e.g. set to 1013 (@EDNY).
    If I'm not mistaking left FD showed 980ft, standby alt the same Alt of 980ft and the right FD showed 1220ft which is near to the correct Alt for that Airport. So only the FO side was correct.

    I restarted the sim and and all was again fine.

    Assuming you have the pro edition there may have been a failure.

    Yes. That's correct, I do have the Pro version.

    There is one entry in the "Abnormal and Emergency Handbook" but did not find how to override / correct that failure. Checked fuses etc....

    Also, the failure occured on ground just after flipping the Batt switches and the IRS allignement was finished.
