As I told you due to Lockheed Martin making changes in version 5 it has disabled most of cpan functionality which is beyond Majestic control at the moment. The aircraft itself is 100% functional within the sim platform. So at the moment it is what…

OK I am now seeing your response, as this may change up the way you want to set up the aircraft. * Since you do not have rudder pedals installed are you using the twist function of thrust-master joystick? If not then, * Are you asking …

Which could possibly mean that you may be doing something incorrectly. Could you kindly provide a video clip of how you execute their implementation to see what the issue may be. Thanks

So I come back to the first two important unresolved issues for me. No steering, and control panel not saving settings (hopefully there are more others) Problems that did not allow me to fly this buggy plane for P3DV5. . Inadmissible to sell an unfi…

Do you have another version of the Dash 8 Q400 installed on your PC?

Deiter, Thanks for the feedback. Hope that if it is an Nvidia issue they get it squared aware. I too am using the latest drivers without issue. Did you try removing the P3D.cfg and letting the SIM build a new one and see if this works? Chee…

Do you also have the Q400 installed for P3D v4.5? If so you may be using the wrong CPAN. If this is not the case there are two posts listed below that you can have a look at. This topic has been discussed at length in the forum and doing a sear…

Hi @dom66 Did you read the post above yours? It addressed what you are asking. Cheers

Hello, 1. Are you attempting to install a 64bit edition of the Q400? If not the 32bit versions are not compatible with v4.x and v5.x 2. Are you installing using Administrator rights? 3. To be on the safe side disabling you anti …

Have you expressed your findings with the dev of Aviaworx. We ran a few tests for the dev prior to release and saw no issues except for the yellow MSG indication in the top right which flickered intermittently on the Aviaworx display. Regardin…

This issue unfortunately is a P3D v5 issue and has not been fully resolved by Lockheed Martin. I would suggest pulling back some of the settings within the SIM platform that may affect video memory. Cheers

So you would be correct in that you will not see the tiller axis move in the CPAN if you have chosen the aileron axis to control nose wheel steering since that is already tied to the aileron axis. So by linking the nose wheel steering to the ai…

I don't recall our finite details but it was more or so modelled from what we do in the US where we use primarily Type 1 and Type IV fluids, and the different mixture concentrations. When I have some time will have to go back and check on how we se…

If the OP were to fly the said route under the guidance of ATC, whether it be Vatsim or a standalone program it may make more sense. Since many users do fly without ATC guidance we find ourselves making minor adjustments to the flight plan to allow…

OK so you are using the twist function of your joystick for the tiller which is normal, however, the twist function of the joystick will have a different axis assignment from the rudder pedals. If you are configuring the tiller via the mjc84.ini …

Copy.... Seems like something is trigging a protection event on your system. As we have conducted multiple tests, bit specifically for this issue with HT on and off without an issue, but will be sure to keep an eye open for it
-
I run all versions of the Q400 with HT off with no issue. We'll do some testing to see if we are able to replicate on our end as most of us use HT off when using the Q400
-
It boils down to the Q400 detecting the change which triggers a protection event resulting in the scrambled data display. The only way to get around that would be to reinstall the aircraft.
-
So to be clear, you are using a separate input device apart from your yoke assigned to the spoiler axis? Have you calibrated the device in the control pan CPAN as well?
-
Hi, A bit difficult to trouble shoot your issue if ours seems to be working as planned. Letting us know a bit more regarding how you are binding your input devices may help

Hello Julien, We thank you for your kind words of appreciation. You are correct that the version of the FMS that is modeled is from one of the earlier versions of the UNS system. We are not able to commit on if we will be updating to a ne…

Nowhere..... I mentioned in the previous post the underside of the cowling. Simply go in the sim open the doors and go and look under the cowling aft of the intake

@riams666 and @raffaele1965 We only created a temporary patch for CTDs affecting PILOT edition users as PRO users were nor affected. A PRO edition patch does exist for the blank panel for the syspan which you see in your profiles. …

Hello, Thanks for the info of that bug. It has been around for a while and we have made some changes to try and minimize its orrurence, as it would just show up randomly at times even without pulling the breaker. Extending and retracting th…

The intake doors are on the underside of the engine cowlings aft of the intake. By design the doors are located there so that any FOD (snow, ice or birds, etc) ingestion will be extracted to prevent damage to the engines. Which is why many operator…

Hello, Cold weather operations for the Q400 does require one to enable to engine intake doors and heaters. There are two buttons/switches on the overhead panel located below the ice protection diagram/indication of the aircraft which are gre…

More than likely it is bound in the mjc84.ini (simply remove that line to disable the TCS especially if it is not a feature that you use), and you have that button also assigned via whatever button binding process for the SIM
-
At this time no. Cheers
-
TCS will be indicated on the PFD if the bottom assigned to the function is held. Sounds like there is possible a doubke binding event in place, you should double check to ensure this is not the case? Keep us posted.
