I missed your post my apologies, however this is not an issue they we can replicate. At least you gave the operating system and version of P3D in use.

After updating to Win 10 2004, my Q400 (mjc8-400-Pro-1_021_x64) running on P3DV4.5 (4.5.14.34698) slowed to a snail's pace.

@p3dx3 could you please try to set an fps limit on your p3d, and see if this makes a difference ? There a bug in the p3d that when fps is unlimited the mouse clicks might be delayed
