I have recently acquired Prepar3D_v4.3 Professional_Plus Sim. As I already have the FSX Mjc8 Q400 Pro, do I need to purchase another for my new sim?
I originally purchased my FSX download from FSS.

    Thanks for the feedback, I had already seen the post and responded accordingly.
    I now have access to download through the user area. I did this and ran the upgrade into Prepar3D V4.3 however, the Q400 is in the sim and looks complete but no undercarriage and most of the switches don't work and hint of what I have done wrong?

    Provided you have *purchased* the P3dv4 Q400 version....you will have to ensure that you installed it using admin rights.

    OK that's the problem I have been trying to load my FSX version which I thought I could do, so looks like I need to purchase the P3dv4 version.

    The instructions posted in my first response are very specific to what is required for purchasing the upgrade for FSS customers.
