Vafs client issue with the dash8

Hi All:
For our va we use a client from VAFinasials.com
It seem that is not working with the dash8 because it is handling the engine startup differently than differend aircrafts
The problem is that the client is not detecting the engine start.
Is there anyone with an answer for this?

    This seems to be a common issue among VA reporting clients which is primarily due to our FDM. The best work around may be to have the developer of the client contact us via or Support department "support (at) majesticsoftware (dot) com" in an attempt to have a our developer assist if possible.

    Please be cognizant that due to our very busy schedule immediate feedback for a matter of this nature may not get a speedy response.
