hi guys am having problems finding my order number is there a way to get this please ?

I would recommend for starters:

1. Check your online account from which you may have purchased the Q400.

2. If you by chance did purchase from The FlightSim Store which is no longer in business then kindly follow the instructions from this forum post.

3. If you did not purchase from the FlightSim Store, then provide us via our SUPPORT with the following credentials to assist us in getting you back on track with your purchase.
   a. Full Name used for purchase
   b. Email address used for the purchase
   c. Vendor from which you purchased the Q400 add-on

Thanks for your reply, I did purchase from The flightsim store but when ever I try to retain the download from the Majestic Software websites become stuck because I do not have my order number!
