Unable to access user area

Hi all,

Purchased the Q400 Pro via Flightsim Store back in November 2017. Am trying to log onto my account on the Majestic/Support/User area, but it says record not found. Was able to when the last update happened.

Any help would be appreciated with this issue, thanks.
