System Panel all white but working in v5
Good afternoon,
After installing new v5 version, I can't see the system panel as it is all white. But it is working as I can close it or access manual moving the mouse over the square and guessing were the buttons are.
Could you please help me with this?
I don't have this issue with control panel, which works fine.

Have you attempted un-installing and re-installing the aircraft?
I did it once but I don't want to do it again for not ending my remaining installations.

If your installations become exhausted, its not a problem, simply send us an email to our Support with an explanation of the reason why installations became exhausted.

One question. Do I need to install mandatory DirectX? Maybe that was the problem?
I have windows updated and maybe it was an older version.
They are required to work with the Q400, yes

Still the same. Uninstall, reinstall, downloaded again from Simmarket and still all white in System Panel.
Any idea please?
Are you disabling your anti-virus protection?
Yes, firewall and antivirus disabled at all. Running as administrator. All other addons in V5 working fine. Even the plane seems to be working fine. Only the panel is not possible to view.
Ok, thanks. We'll look into what may be causing this issue. One other question. Are by chance running win10 2004?
Yes, updated to latest version. Do you want me to try to install it without executing DirectX part? That would be my last one remaining installation.
No need to do that. I asked for the simple reason that I saw something similar during an install after the win10 2004 on my laptop.
Will try to see if I can replicate the issue

I had the same problem on a second PC- I solved it by "brute force".

Confirm this issue. Also confirm I won't be messing with the registry to try a customer fix!
