Silly me, I had simply not updated Prepar3D to V4.5. Once I did that, airplane worked flawlessly!

It's set by default to your #3 button on your primary controller. Just incase there is a conflict (I had nose down trim on that button) I cleared that in the P3D controls AND in FSUIPC. Now works perf
