I just checked with p3dv4 and the ILS (Y and Z) are listed in the FMS. These procedure are in force since the 28th dec 2018. Are you sure that you have the latest Navigraph AIRAC installed?

I just bought the Dash8 and I noticed that after configuring the aircraft and the cameras using Chaseplane the sounds are muffled or lost when switching from cockpit to external and vice-versa. I have

that The MJC Q400 was released in April of 2013, and we have since changed the original Nav database that was packaged with the aircraft, if I recall for the 64bit version of the Q400.

Why would you need your P3D database to be up to date though? Pretty much every addon aircraft relies on its own navigation system which can be updated through Navigraph or NDP as you already mentione

Simbrief will export an FPR file the MJC8Q400 can read, although I think it omits SIDs/STARs. Bernd Laaß also made a converter that works with ASA RF, FSC and others at https://up2sky.dyndns.org:8443/
