I changed now from P3Dv4 to v5 and everything is running well, only TCAS is not doing his Job. The TCAS test is ok, in ARCDU TCAS is on Stby and I am unable to move using the LSK.

The problem that we have with the Sim (not only with the MJC Q400) is that FSX and Prepar3dv4.5 consider all runways elevation as airport elevation which most of the time is wrong.

Sounds like you are having a possible protection issue, which in most cases is driven by not installing using Admin Rights. Some possible solutions as you are using FSX
